We’re excited to announce that Alex Denne has joined SimpleDocs as our Chief Growth Officer.

Alex will lead our global growth strategy, overseeing customer acquisition, revenue expansion, partnerships, and go-to-market execution. But more importantly, he’s joining us at a moment when SimpleDocs is evolving from a fast-growing product into a global platform for AI-powered contract automation.

Why Alex, Why Now

Over the past year, we’ve built something unique.

SimpleDocs combines a powerful AI product with one of the largest distribution engines in legal: Law Insider and the oneNDA community. That combination—product + audience—is rare in legal tech, and it creates a different kind of growth opportunity.

Now, the focus shifts to scale.

Alex brings deep experience building organic growth strategies for Legal AI companies. Most recently, he held a leadership role at Genie AI, where he helped scale a product-led growth engine from the ground up. He understands how to turn distribution into adoption—and adoption into revenue.

That’s exactly what this next phase requires.

A Different Kind of Growth Company

As Alex put it:
