As a loans provider, OakNorth generates and negotiates thousands of NDAs every year.  Managing this NDA volume absorbed a disproportionate amount of OakNorth legal team’s time and slowed down the lending process. 

They needed a way to expedite the process while retaining appropriate legal controls and protections along the way.

In 2024, OakNorth engaged SimpleDocs to implement its AutoNDA workflow tool and to convert OakNorth’s manual NDA process into a completely automated process. 

Today, hundreds of OakNorth employees have adopted AutoNDA to create, send, negotiate and sign NDAs– freeing up time for the legal time and getting NDAs signed significantly faster than ever before.
