oneNDA, the world's first universally standardized Non Disclosure Agreement template, designed to reduce legal work, increase transparency and speed up business dealings, is announcing today the launch of AutoNDA, a free software platform built to automate the oneNDA standard. 

Developed in partnership with SimpleDocs, AutoNDA was designed specifically to automate the oneNDA standard template and enable in-app configuration, requests, and negotiations.
