He is also the co-founder of Law Insider, the world’s largest public contract and clause database, serving thousands of legal and business professionals worldwide.
With more than 15 years of experience at the intersection of legal operations, software, and AI, Preston has built and scaled products focused on modernizing how contracts are created, negotiated, and managed. Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, he held leadership roles at several venture-backed startups and served as Assistant General Counsel at the University of Miami.
Claudia Galvis Monroy is the Lead Product Manager at SimpleDocs, where she leads product strategy and operations for AI-powered contract and legal technology solutions. With a background spanning SaaS product management, AI solutions, and business operations, Claudia brings deep expertise in user research, roadmap planning, and cross-functional execution. Before joining SimpleDocs, she held product leadership roles at Lira and Accenture, helping drive digital transformation initiatives for global organizations. Based in Mexico City, Claudia combines a strong operational mindset with a passion for building intuitive, scalable products that improve the way legal teams work.
